The CRYPTACASH.FINANCE service makes every effort to assist its customers in matters related to the process of returning funds or cryptocurrency funds.
1. General rules
1.1. Our company guarantees the right to a funds/ cryptocurrency return to all its clients in cases where the cryptocurrency buy/sell transactions have not yet been processed and do not have the "Completed" status. Transactions made on CRYPTACASH.FINANCE are non-refundable, irrevocable, and cannot be changed after the transaction is completed and the cryptocurrency/cash is sent to the cryptocurrency wallet/card or bank account specified by the client. Returns beyond the initially paid amount are not possible. Customers are notified of the decision to make a return by CRYPTACASH.FINANCE by emails to the customer's email registered in the CRYPTACASH.FINANCE system.
1.2. To request a return, the client should contact CRYPTACASH.FINANCE by writing an email to [email protected] with a request for a return and indicate the application id for which the return is to be made. In accordance with the rules of using the CRYPTACASH.FINANCE service, the processing of transactions takes up to 30 minutes on average after receiving funds/cryptocurrency from the client, therefore, for a more prompt response to a request to suspend the processing of a transaction, CRYPTACASH.FINANCE strongly recommends that you also contact the customer support chat on the website https://cryptacash.finance/ and request a transaction cancellation and return. After CRYPTACASH.FINANCE receives a request for a return, the client will be informed of any decision made by the company.
1.3. Please note that, on average, processing a request for a funds/cryptocurrency return can take up to 24 hours from the moment the request is received from the client. All information related to the return request is carefully checked and verified by CRYPTACASH.FINANCE.
1.3.1. Except as provided for in clause 1.3.2. below, after closing a client's account in the CRYPTACASH.FINANCE system, the service shall return the funds/cryptocurrency to the client within 5 business days.

1.3.3. In case of a positive decision concerning a return request:
1.3.3.1. The funds will be returned to the client in the same way and to the same details that were used by the client to make the transaction. The return is made: - SEPA (bank transfer): on business days; - Cards (VISA/MC): on any day of the week. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to be credited to the bank account, depending on the internal policies and/or procedures of each bank, which our company has no control over.
1.3.3.2. The cryptocurrency is returned to the USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency wallet provided by the client in the original exchange network and in the appropriate amount according to the exchange rate at the time of crediting the cryptocurrency to the CRYPTACASH.FINANCE wallet. If the previous exchange network does not have USDT (Tether), the return is made in the TRON (TRC20) network to the wallet address provided by the client.
1.4. While processing a return request, CRYPTACASH.FINANCE may request additional documents proving the client's identity, transaction confirmation, or any other document as proof of payment. If the client does not provide the documents within 2 business days after the request or CRYPTACASH.FINANCE staff have doubts about the authenticity of the provided documents, the processing time for the return request will be extended, and a decision will be made on further actions on the part of CRYPTACASH.FINANCE. Until all the circumstances of the case are clarified and/or the verification of documents is completed, the client's funds or cryptocurrency are stored in accordance with the AML rules of the service.
1.5. Clients must provide accurate and correct information related to the created transaction. CRYPTACASH.FINANCE is not responsible for the result of any transaction that is made due to a client's mistake, failure to provide information or providing information containing intentionally incorrect data.

2. Cryptocurrency sale
In case when a return cannot be made (for example, if the cryptocurrency transaction has already been completed and the cryptocurrency has been sent to the client's wallet), the client can make a request for the sale of the purchased cryptocurrency, and after processing this request, CRYPTACASH.FINANCE will send funds to the details provided by the client.
Since the price of a cryptocurrency is constantly changing, there may be a difference between the cryptocurrency prices at the time of purchase and at the time of sale.
3. Complaints
CRYPTACASH.FINANCE provides its clients with the opportunity to resolve any problem or issue related to funds exchange before the client requests a complaint (chargeback) from their bank. The settlement process takes place by contacting the customer support department.
CRYPTACASH.FINANCE reserves the right to suspend the client's account while the complaint request is being investigated.
4. Other provisions
Any costs and fees incurred while processing a request for a funds/cryptocurrency return will be reimbursed by the client. These fees will be deducted from the amount received from the client.
The fee for returning funds to the customer is determined according to the current tariffs of the bank/payment system at the time of the transaction.
The fee for returning cryptocurrency to the client is determined according to the current blockchain fees at the time of the transaction.
CRYPTACASH.FINANCE reserves the right to make changes and amendments to this Policy, including if any changes to the legislation are made. If the client does not agree with possible changes, he/she must stop using the CRYPTACASH.FINANCE service.
